Myocarditis-myositis-myasthenia gravis overlap syndrome is a rare immune-related adverse event associated with cancer treatments called immune checkpoint inhibitors, which work by activating the immune system to attack cancer cells but can also cause the immune system to attack normal heart, muscle and neuromuscular tissue.
