Frank Newman Turner, born on 11 September 1913 and died on 28 June 1964, was a British organic farmer, writer and broadcaster who later became a consulting medical herbalist and naturopath. His later healing practice grew out of his experience of the natural treatment of animals. He held the qualifications NDA, NDD and FNIMH, and his books Fertility Farming, Fertility Pastures and Herdsmanship are regarded as classics of practical organic husbandry. The Medicine Atlas lists him for his second career as a herbalist and naturopath, as a record of what a practitioner held and not as medical advice.
