Doktor Koster's Antigaspills was an early twentieth century remedy marketed to treat stomach upset and excessive flatulence, its pills containing atropine, derived from deadly nightshade, and strychnine as active ingredients. The product is best known through its use on Adolf Hitler, whose physician Theodor Morell, regarded by Hitler's own associates as a quack, began administering the pills for Hitler's gastrointestinal complaints in 1936 alongside a wide range of other unorthodox treatments.
