VAMP is a four drug combination chemotherapy regimen used in the treatment of Hodgkin lymphoma. Developed by Emil Freireich and Emil Frei, it combines vincristine, amethopterin, known today as methotrexate, mercaptopurine, and prednisone. It was originally developed as a treatment for childhood leukemia before its later use in lymphoma.
