CAPOX, also called XELOX, is a chemotherapy regimen combining capecitabine, marketed as Xeloda, with oxaliplatin. It runs in three week cycles, typically eight in total: capecitabine is taken orally twice daily for two weeks while oxaliplatin is given by intravenous infusion on the first day of each cycle, followed by a one week rest before the next cycle begins.
