COPP is a chemotherapy regimen for the treatment of Hodgkin lymphoma, combining cyclophosphamide, vincristine, marketed as Oncovin, procarbazine, and prednisone. It is closely related to the older MOPP regimen, using the less toxic drug cyclophosphamide in place of mechlorethamine and a lower dose of procarbazine.
