DHAP is a chemotherapy regimen used for remission induction in relapsed or refractory non-Hodgkin lymphoma and Hodgkin lymphoma. Its name is an acronym for its component drugs: dexamethasone, high dose cytarabine, referred to by its older name Ara-C, and cisplatin, marketed as Platinol. It is usually given for two to three courses, then followed by high dose chemotherapy and autologous stem cell transplantation. When combined with the monoclonal antibody rituximab for CD20 positive B cell lymphomas, the regimen is designated R-DHAP.
