ESHAP is a relatively intensive chemotherapy regimen used for salvage therapy in relapsed or refractory lymphomas, including Hodgkin lymphoma. Its name is an acronym for its component drugs: etoposide, methylprednisolone, marketed as Solu-Medrol, high dose cytarabine, and cisplatin, marketed as Platinol. When combined with the monoclonal antibody rituximab for CD20 positive B cell lymphomas, it is called R-ESHAP.
