FLAG is a chemotherapy regimen used to treat relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia. Its name is an acronym for its three components: fludarabine, cytarabine, referred to by its older name arabinofuranosyl cytidine or Ara-C, and granulocyte colony stimulating factor, known as G-CSF, which is given to help the recovery of white blood cells.
