MOPP is a combination chemotherapy regimen used to treat Hodgkin lymphoma. Its name is an acronym for its four component drugs: Mustargen, also known as mechlorethamine, a nitrogen mustard alkylating agent; Oncovin, also known as vincristine; procarbazine; and prednisone.
