Radionics, also called electromagnetic therapy or the Abrams method, is a form of alternative medicine that claims disease can be diagnosed and treated by directing electromagnetic radiation, such as radio waves, into the body from an electrically powered device. It is related to magnet therapy, which applies electromagnetic radiation to the body through the static field of a magnet rather than a powered device. Radionics has no accepted scientific basis and is regarded as pseudoscience.
