Non-Surgical Spinal Disc Protocols

Named treatment protocols that aim to relieve a damaged or degenerating spinal disc without an operation, such as the NDR Method, a registered protocol for herniated, bulging and degenerative discs. An entry belongs here when its own source describes a branded or named non-operative protocol for the discs or spine. It excludes spinal surgery, which is grouped under surgical procedure, manipulation and mobilization of the spine, which is grouped under complementary and manual therapies, and general exercise programs, which are grouped under physical rehabilitation therapy. Each member is a rehabilitative, behavioral or reproductive therapy entry that the atlas covers as a subject in its own right, placed here on what its cited article says it is and how it is used, never on its name alone.
