Chattering teeth

A bodily response in which the jaw muscles shiver and the teeth strike together, most often triggered by cold. It can also arise from bruxism driven by emotional stress, and certain medications, notably antipsychotics and selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors, can produce it as a side effect.
