Norman Wardhaugh Walker was a British businessman and pioneer in the field of vegetable juicing and nutritional health. Born in Italy to a Scottish Baptist minister, he promoted fresh raw vegetable and fruit juices for health purposes, designed the Norwalk Hydraulic Press Juicer, and authored at least 11 books on nutrition between 1936 and 1981.
