Regina Dal Cin (4 April 1819 to 15 August 1897) was an Italian bone-setter described as an osteopath, known for practising the recomposition of femoral dislocations. Born Regina Marchesini in San Vendemiano in the province of Treviso, she never went to school and learned her craft from her mother, a skilled bone-dresser, taking over her mother's work at the age of nine after her mother broke a leg. She is regarded as an expert in reconstructing congenital and long-standing dislocations of the femur. Invited to Venice, Vienna and Turin, she treated dislocated femurs and more serious cases in the civic hospitals, with some of her work witnessed by leading surgeons of the day. She faced four trials for practising without legal authorization and prevailed each time. She died in Cappella Maggiore, which named a street and a primary school after her.
