Rosemary Ann Sexton (born 1977) is a British osteopath, sports therapist, mathematician and former mixed martial artist. She earned a BSc in osteopathy from Oxford Brookes University in 2010 and practices as an osteopath in the Birmingham area, specializing in sports injuries and evidence-based practice. She fought professionally in mixed martial arts from 2002 to 2014, becoming the first British woman to fight in the UFC in 2013, and later served as a Green Party councillor in Solihull.
