The catch-all group of the WHO Anatomical Therapeutic Chemical classification, Group V, for products that do not belong to any one organ system or therapeutic area. The official group holds allergen extracts, antidotes and other detoxifying agents, nutritional and dietetic products, contrast media for imaging, and radiopharmaceuticals used for diagnosis or therapy. Belongs here: antivenoms and antidotes, plant-derived or nutritional substances recorded without a medical indication, and any drug whose lead names no therapeutic area. Does not belong here: a drug whose lead states a clear target such as the skin, the eye, the heart or an infection, which takes the matching anatomical group instead, since this group is the last resort and not a default.
