Marden-Walker syndrome, abbreviated MWS, is a rare autosomal recessive congenital disorder. It is characterised by blepharophimosis, microcephaly, micrognathia, multiple joint contractures, arachnodactyly, camptodactyly, kyphoscoliosis and delayed motor development. It is often associated with cystic dysplastic kidneys, dextrocardia, Dandy-Walker malformation and agenesis of the corpus callosum. This entry follows the lead of the cited English Wikipedia article, which lists the features but gives no further detail in its opening paragraph, and it is not medical advice.
