The National Institute for Medical Research, known as NIMR, was a medical research institute based in Mill Hill, on the outskirts of north London, England. According to its Wikipedia article it was funded by the Medical Research Council, the United Kingdom body that supports medical research. In 2016 the institute became part of the new Francis Crick Institute, which was constructed next to St Pancras railway station in the Camden area of central London. The article lead does not give a founding date, so none is recorded here. This record describes a research institution that no longer exists as a separate body and offers no medical advice.
