ABVD is a chemotherapy regimen used as the first line treatment for Hodgkin lymphoma, having replaced the older MOPP protocol. It combines four chemotherapy drugs given together: Adriamycin, also known as doxorubicin, bleomycin, vinblastine, and dacarbazine.
