Carl-Olof Olle Nylen (1892 to 1978) was a Swedish otologist. He is credited as the first to design a surgical microscope for use in ear surgery, a foundational contribution to the later development of microsurgery. He was also a competitive tennis player who represented Sweden at the 1912 Summer Olympics and won several Swedish national tennis titles in 1915 and 1916.
