The Glenn procedure is a palliative surgical procedure performed on patients with tricuspid atresia. It is also used as part of the staged surgical treatment of hypoplastic left heart syndrome and hypoplastic right heart syndrome. The original technique has been largely replaced by the bidirectional Glenn procedure.
