Biomesotherapy is a pseudoscientific therapy that combines homeopathy, mesotherapy, and acupuncture, injecting saline or homeopathic solutions subcutaneously at or along traditional acupuncture sites, sometimes alongside oral homeopathic formulations. It is marketed as a form of pain management or general wellness treatment. In 2008 it was implicated in a cluster of mycobacterial infections in Australia.
