Complementary and Manual Therapies

Massage is the rubbing or kneading of the body soft tissues, commonly applied with the hands, fingers, elbows, knees, forearms, feet or a device. It is generally used for the treatment of body stress or pain, and a person professionally trained to give massages is called a massage therapist in the United States.
