The NDR Method is a registered non-surgical treatment protocol for spinal discs, developed by Dr. Eric M. Shapiro of Charlotte, North Carolina. It is an advanced protocol intended for herniated, bulging and degenerative discs, applied only to patients whose medical history and advanced radiological diagnostics have already been evaluated, and it is based on the currently accepted anatomy of the spinal disc.
