Balkrishna

Balkrishna (born 4 August 1972, in Haridwar, Uttarakhand, India) is an Ayurvedacharya, Sanskrit scholar, Ayurveda researcher and author who co-founded Patanjali Ayurved, Patanjali Foods and Patanjali Yogpeeth alongside Ramdev, whom he met while studying at the Khanpur Gurukul in Haryana. He serves as managing director of Patanjali Ayurved, of which he owns roughly 94 percent, and co-founded the Divya Yoga Mandir Trust with Ramdev and Acharya Karamveer in 1995 before establishing Patanjali Ayurved itself in 2006. Forbes reported his net worth at 2.3 billion US dollars in 2021, rising to 3.6 billion by 2025.
