Nguyen Van Nghi (1909 to 1999) was a Vietnamese-French physician, born in Hanoi and died in Marseille, who is counted among the people credited with bringing Chinese medicine to the West. His Wikipedia lead gives his two places of life, Hanoi and Marseille, and places him in the transmission of traditional Chinese medical practice into European medicine in the twentieth century. The Medicine Atlas keeps him as a bridge figure between East Asian healing traditions and Western clinical practice. It is a record of what was held and practiced, not medical advice, and further detail is left for a later depth pass.
