All Ear, Nose and Throat Surgery

Operations on the ear, nose, sinuses, throat, larynx and related head and neck structures outside the mouth and jaw. This includes ear procedures such as tympanoplasty, mastoidectomy and cochlear implantation, nasal and sinus procedures such as septoplasty and functional endoscopic sinus surgery, throat and voice box procedures such as tonsillectomy, laryngectomy and vocal cord surgery, salivary gland procedures such as parotidectomy and sialoendoscopy, and head and neck oncologic procedures such as neck dissection and glossectomy. Dental and jaw procedures are grouped instead under dental and oral surgery, and purely cosmetic ear or nose reshaping is grouped under plastic and reconstructive surgery.
