Chemical Castration

Pharmacological Therapy

Chemical castration is castration carried out with anaphrodisiac drugs, used to reduce libido and sexual activity, to treat certain cancers, or for other purposes. Unlike surgical castration, in which the gonads are removed through an incision in the body, chemical castration removes no organs and is not a form of sterilization.
